Your Key Responsibilities:✔️ Design and implement a sustainable pest control business model, balancing domestic and commercial demand✔️ Develop new revenue streams to ensure the longevity and growth of the service✔️ Lead and manage pest control operations, including block treatments, sewer baiting programs, and specialist decontamination✔️ Act as North Devon Council’s pest control expert, providing guidance, advice, and training to internal teams and external partners✔️ Manage service budgets, procurement, and commercial contracts, ensuring cost-effective operations✔️ Deliver high-quality pest management solutions, integrating modern, environmentally friendly methods to protect biodiversity✔️ Ensure legal compliance with pest control regulations and health & safety legislation✔️ Actively seek out new business opportunities and secure commercial contracts with local businesses
About the RoleAs a Pest Control Business Delivery Officer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and growing a high-quality pest control service for North Devon.
